Madhuri Chopra has dedicated over 25 years to educating students at Tara Elementary School. She obtained her Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from Delhi University in India. She moved to America in 1993 and began her teaching career dedicated to instructing students how to read and write. In 2007, she received her Masters' Degree in Reading and Literacy from Walden University. In 2004, she was named Tara Elementary teacher of the year. Ten years later, she was promoted to the Academic Coach position at Tara. She currently serves in a position to support all teachers in each content areas with curriculum preparation, planning, and utilizing research-based instructional strategies.
